Community Health Education

Take charge of your health…and your family's!

The Community Health Education program is committed to giving families the necessary information to live healthier, more productive lives by offering a variety of educational opportunities. Our classes are conducted by clinical staff, certified childbirth, CPR and First Aid instructors and other credentialed educators on a variety of topics aimed at promoting community safety, health and wellness. To fit your busy schedule, classes are offered throughout the year, including evenings and weekends.

Learn more about healthy pregnancy and raising healthy families through courses, seminars, and workshops that provide pre- and post-natal health, childbirth education and parenting information. Our prenatal education courses include prenatal exercise groups, childbirth education, parenting classes including classes for dads, new moms, infant care, breast-feeding, and stress management classes.

Our women's health lectures are designed to promote health and wellness in women of all ages.
