Gaden named chief nursing officer, VP at Hallmark Health

Gaden received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Rochester before going on to obtain a Master of Science degree from Boston College.

Playing a key leadership role at Hallmark Health, Gaden will oversee nursing and the other departments that comprise patient care services at both Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford and Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. In addition to directing a large component of Hallmark Health clinical operations, Gaden will promote and support the professional practice of nursing, partner with medical staff to provide the best in patient care and oversee a range of service lines.

"Nancy's commitment to quality and service excellence, her demonstrated leadership skills and passion for community hospitals makes her a great fit for our organization," said Joanne Marqusee, executive vice president and system chief operating officer at Hallmark Health. "She is a great addition to the leadership team and an asset to the organization as a whole."
