Hallmark Health recently added new capabilities to its website, which allows patients to pre-register online before coming in for their scheduled appointment. Registering online eliminates an additional step patients would need to take before making their way to their appointment at Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital or one of Hallmark’s outpatient centers. Patients that pre-register online can now go directly to their appointment.
Please note patients that have outstanding co-payments will still need to stop in at Registration unless they make payment prior to the date of service, which can also be done online. Only scheduled appointments can be pre-registered at this time.
In addition to online pre-registration, Hallmark Health also offers online appointment requests for bone density scans and screening mammograms. All patients need to do is visit www.hallmarkhealth.org, complete an online request form and once the request is received the Scheduling Department will get back to you with the date, time and location of your appointment. An appointment that’s right for your schedule is just a few clicks away.
