Visiting Hours

Friends and family are encouraged to visit during the scheduled visiting hours:

Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford

Visiting hours are tailored to meet the needs of our patients and their loved ones. General visiting hours are between 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Please check with the nursing staff for details.

During visits, we ask that you respect the privacy and rest of other patients. Also, please be aware that your visits may be interrupted at any given time to allow for treatment and/or testing.

In support of healing and rest, Quiet Time is recognized on many of our inpatient units. Please refrain from visiting during these hours.

  • West 2/3:  1 - 2 p.m.
  • Intensive Care Unit:  2 - 4 p.m.

At the beginning of Quiet Time, lights are turned down, phone volumes remain low and staff speak in quieter tones. Physicians and all staff participate in this best practice initiative by refraining from scheduling treatments and/or visits to the units. Quiet Time restrictions are waived whenever a patient’s clinical condition warrants.
