Certified Childbirth Educators will share information on changes in your body during and after pregnancy as well as what to expect in labor and delivery. Topics addressed include signs and stages of labor, relaxation/breathing techniques, comfort measures for labor and birth and more.

Cost for this four week series of 2-hour evening sessions is $175 per couple. Registration is required two weeks in advance of class.  Cost includes Breastfeeding Basics Class at no extra charge.
