Take exit 39 off Rte 128, North Avenue, Wakefield. Off the exit turn towards Wakefield. Take a left at the first traffic light after Rte 128. Follow that road around the building to the back to Wakefield Medical Center.
Follow Main Street in Melrose to Main Street in Wakefield. Take a left at the intersection of North Avenue and Main Street. Follow North Avenue until you are about to reach Rte 128. Take a right at the traffic light directly before Rte 128. Follow that road around the building to the back to Wakefield Medical Center.
Take the Rte 129/Wakefield exit off Rte 1. Follow that road to your first stop light. Take a left onto Water Street. Follow Water Street into Wakefield Center. Take a left on Main Street. At the next big intersection/stop light, take a right onto North Avenue. Follow North Avenue until you are about to reach Rte 128. Take a right at the traffic light directly before Rte 128. Follow that road around the building to the back to Wakefield Medical Center.
