The Hematology and Oncology Center offers comprehensive diagnostic, treatment and support programs for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer and blood disorders.
Our dedicated team is built around highly qualified, board certified oncologists and hematologists. We have a unified approach to cancer care, with teams of doctors, as well as nurse practicioners, social workers, pharmacists and medical technologists who work together to guide each patient through diagnosis, treatment and recovery. These teams have a depth and breadth of experience that is unsurpassed.
While some cancer patients receive several types of treatments including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, biotherapy and/ or surgery, no two patients arealike. That is why our Center takes the team approach to create a customized, individual care plan for each patient. Our medical oncologists work closely with surgeons, primary care physicians and radiation oncologists to make sure that each patient receives the best care possible. We take particular pride in the compassion and dedication of our doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff.

The CHEM Center was the first free standing radiation oncology site in the state and is an integral part of the Hallmark Health Hematology and Oncology Center. About 50 percent of all cancer patients receive radiation therapy to treat their disease.
The radiation oncology team is led by board certified radiation oncologists who are nationally recognized in their field. These physicians are assisted by a team of professionals including physicists, nurses and therapists who will work closely with all of your physicians to assure that you receive thebest treatment possible.
