The Healthy Heart lecture series is designed to help reduce the incidence of heart disease by educating people about heart disease and its risks and to prevent heart disease by promoting regular physical activity, healthy eating habits, and stress reduction. Join cardiac experts from Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford for a series of free Healthy Heart lectures for men and women of every age.
