The Malden Medical Center brings the convenience of outpatient radiology, laboratory and dialysis services to Malden and surrounding communities. Malden Medical Center also houses the Malden Family Health Center, the Hallmark Health Hospice, the Hallmark Health Visiting Nurses Association, and the Hallmark Health Tri-City WIC program. The Malden Social Day Care Program, a partnership of Hallmark Health, Mystic Valley Services and the Malden Council on Aging, also operates out of Malden Medical Center. Rehabilitation services in Malden are available at the SportsAid Rehabilitation Center, located at Super Fitness on 18 Jackson Street.
