Outpatient Services at Community Counseling Services
Community Counseling Services provides office-based psychiatric services. We offer a full range of outpatient care to allow patients to address and manage their illness without requiring treatment in a more acute setting, and return to their most independent level of functioning as soon as possible.
Our Services
Community Counseling Services offers a full range of services and treatment modalities for adult, and geriatric populations that address the psychological, biological, spiritual, and social aspects of our patients and their illness. We provide treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, co-occurring substance abuse, stage of life crisis issues, and other mental illnesses. Our services include:
• Comprehensive outpatient psychiatric assessments
• Medication evaluation and management
• Individual, family, couples, and group therapy
• Cognitive-behavioral therapy
Our Approach
After we conduct an initial evaluation, we provide a comprehensive assessment and work with our patients to develop an individualized treatment plan. Together with our patient, we agree on observable and measurable short and long-term goals, steps needed to achieve these goals, and specific criteria to determine readiness for discharge.
