State-of-the art technology, outstanding physicians just minutes from your home. That's what you'll find at the Hallmark Health Medical Center in Reading. This three-story outpatient facility offers the most advanced technology to diagnose and treat medical conditions. The Center features imaging services that include X-ray, ultrasound, bone densitometry and digital mammography. A full-service physical therapy suite, a blood draw suite, diabetes education round out the resources that are available. The Medical Center is a member of Hallmark Health System, a charitable, non-profit and tax-exempt community-based healthcare system that includes Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, Hallmark Health Cancer Center and the Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice.

Any physician can refer a patient to the Center. Physicians do not have to be a member of the Hallmark Health medical staff. Additionally, the Center houses a number of medical offices which offer specialty care such as internal medicine and family practice, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, podiatry, pediatrics and gastroenterology.
Conveniently located right off of Route 128 at 30 Newcrossing Road in Reading, Massachusetts, the Center offers free parking, extended hours and a committed staff that will work closely with patients to ensure the highest quality of care and satisfaction.
Most services are available on a walk-in basis with a physician’s order or make an appointment with a physician at the Center by calling (781) 213-5100.

Blood Draw Suite - First Floor, Suite 100
Our dedicated, highly-trained staff of medical professionals performs pediatric and adult blood drawing services. Testing is performed at our core laboratory located at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. Electronic transmission of results ensures quick turnaround time for physicians and their patients.

Hallmark Health Medical Center's program is ADA certified and provides practical lifestyle tips and visuals to learn how to better control your diabetes.
Hallmark Health Rehabilitation Services, First Floor, Suite 100
We provide in-depth, individualized evaluations and treatment plans. We have a full range of treatment and exercise equipment in our conveniently located center. Our connections with Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, and numerous diagnostic and fitness facilities enable us to provide treatment at all levels.
Physical therapy services help our patients recover from injury, surgery, or a disabling condition. We deliver top-quality care through a personalized program designed to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.

To achieve this goal, our highly trained, licensed, and experienced therapists evaluate patient needs, determine therapy objectives, and build an ideal treatment plan to improve how individuals function at work and at home.

WIC
The Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) is a supplemental federal nutrition program. It provides nutrition counseling and checks to buy healthy foods for eligible pregnant women, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age five.
