Komen for the Cure®. “For the Best Health, Remember Breast Health” is a three-part education and support program meant to serve women in Burlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn.

May 21, 2010- Hallmark Health System, which includes Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford and Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, is pleased to announce the organization has officially begun its journey toward Magnet nursing recognition.
Hallmark Health submitted its formal application for Magnet recognition to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) earlier this year. Magnet recognition is the highest and most prestigious international distinction a healthcare organization or hospital can receive for nursing excellence and outstanding patient care. It is considered the “gold standard” for nursing.
