The Bariatric and Weight Management Program, which includes Sheldon Randall, MD, Andras, Sandor, MD and Khaled Yehia, MD, has been designated a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. There are fewer than 375 hospitals nationwide that have met the high standards necessary to become a Center of Excellence. The program has also been named a Blue Distinction Center for Bariatric Surgery by Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
