Faye Flemming has more than 33 years of oncology and nursing experience. More than 25 of these years have been spent in an administrative role, but have included hands on clinical experience as well. She has worked as a staff nurse, travel nurse, support team coordinator, educator, nurse manager, nursing director, and consultant and currently as the System Director for Oncology for Hallmark Health System. She has experience in oncology, med-surg, psychiatry, psychosocial nursing and support, hospice, home health, emergency, and outpatient nursing and administration. Faye has worked throughout the United States, as well as oversees to improve oncology and med-surg nursing care.
Faye has been an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society, including serving on its national committees. She has been an Oncology Certified Nurse since 1986 and has presented multiple local as well as national oncology and nursing lectures and presentations. She has also served as President and committee member for local chapters of the American Cancer Society and local ONS chapters.
She holds an associate degree in nursing from Cuyahoga Community College and a Baccalaureate degree in nursing from Thomas Edison State College. She has earned credits at Phoenix University On Line toward her Master in Business Administration.
