Overview of Rehabilitation Services
The Department of Rehabilitation Services at Hallmark Health provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Orthotic Fabrication, Speech and Language Pathology, Audiology Evaluation, and Diabetes Education.
We provide in-depth individualized evaluations and treatment plans. From joint replacements and recovering from surgery to sports injuries, we can help you get back into action. The rehabilitation services team is comprised of a highly trained dedicated staff with individuals from a wide range of disciplines, including:

Our staff is committed to returning you to your highest level of functional independence at work, at home, and on the playing field.
The Physical and Occupational Therapy departments work in conjunction with the Bone and Joint Program from joint camp to the inpatient stay through home care and outpatient services.
