Insurance Information

Some plans require co-pays and deductibles, pre-certification, utilization review or prior approval. Please check with our billing staff at 781-279-3162 for details. We accept all major insurances including workman compensation and MVA insurance with the appropriate referrals

Payment plans: Individually determined, based on monthly schedules.

NOTE: You may receive two statements, one from Hallmark Health System for the exam charges and another from the radiologist for the radiologist's interpretation of your exam.
