Endocrinology and diabetes services are provided at two locations Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford. Both locations offer advanced clinical care for the treatment of endocrine diseases and diabetes for patients age 18 and older. Patient education and support services include diabetes screening, comprehensive diabetes care and management, weight management and nutrition counseling.
