Hallmark Health is a frontline caregiver providing medically necessary care for all people who present to its facility and locations regardless of ability to pay. Hallmark Health offers this care for all patients that come to our facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. As a result, Hallmark Health is committed to providing all of our patients with high-quality care and services. 

State Programs


In Massachusetts, you may be able to get health insurance or help paying for your healthcare bills through state programs such as MassHealth, the Health Connector, or the Health Safety Net. To find out more about these state programs, visit Massachusetts Health Connector website. If you have questions or need assistance in completing your applicaton, you may make an appointment with the Hallmark Health financial counselors at (781) 338-7111.

Hallmark Health works with individuals with limited incomes and resources to find available options to cover the cost of their care. The following documents will help explain and assist you in navigating the Hallmark Health Financial Assistance process. Credit and Collection Policy


The Hallmark Health Credit and Collection Policy outlines how and when we collect patient demographic and insurance information. The Credit and Collection Policy also governs how and when we bill insurance and bill the patient.
