More than 300 attendees recently filled Malden's Moose Hall for a
night of comedy and giving. For the third consecutive year the Malden Chamber of Commerce hosted its comedy night, with proceeds going to Hallmark
Health's Comprehensive Breast Center.

More than $6,600 was raised for the Breast Center via "Pink"
themed raffles and a live pledge drive which included Chamber Board Members
pledging dollars and encouraging other business to match their donations. The original goal of raising $2,500 was
quickly passed as pledges continued to come in during the breaks between
comedians. This year's comedian lineup
included host and Malden native, Paul Gilligan, Dave Russo, Artie Januario and
Paul D'Angelo.

"We are grateful to the Malden Chamber of Commerce and all of the
individuals who shared in this very special night," said Elisa Scher, System
Director of Cancer Services at Hallmark Health. "The
funds raised will further the mission of our Comprehensive Breast Center and
will help to make a difference in the lives of our patients."

"The Chamber's focus is to support both business members and our
many non-profit members so the Chamber board and Hallmark Health were really
moved by the generosity show by the attendee's and the amount we were able to
raise as a group," said Jenna Coccimiglio, Executive Director, Malden Chamber
of Commerce.
