The Hallmark Health Center for Healthy Minds at Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford provides comprehensive assessment and treatment service for older adults living in the community who are facing difficult challenges such as depression and sadness, memory loss, confusion, difficulty coping with illness or loss of independence. The team of geriatric health professionals at The Center for Healthy Minds will help identify and treat problems that interfere with the healthy aging process.
