The same high quality care that patients have come to expect at other Hallmark Health locations is now also available at the Hallmark Health Medical Center in Reading. The program is certified by the American Diabetes Association and gives patients practical lifestyle tips and visuals to learn how to better control their diabetes.
Individualized one-on-one appointments and insulin pump education are available now and Group Diabetes Education classes will begin in March. Evening hours are available.
New wireless sensor devices that record 72 hours glucose tracings will also be available at the medical center. This technology is like an EKG reading of a patient’s blood sugar over a three-day period.
Hallmark Health Medical Center, located at 30 New Crossing Road in Reading, offers a convenient location with easy access from Interstates 128 and 93, as well as a one-stop shopping model so patients can achieve all of their healthcare needs at once.
