“Parenting Young Children with Less Stress” is an interactive class designed to help participants explore the causes of stressful parenting and strategies to become a calmer and less stressed parent. Topics will include managing parents’ expectations, developing positive communication with your child and techniques to reduce your stress level. In the class participants will discuss and learn to embrace both the joys and challenges of parenting so that they can appreciate and enjoy their children to the fullest.

“Parenting Young Children with Less Stress” is a two- part series and you may register for one or both classes. The first will be held on Thursday, Feb 3 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and the second will be Thursday, Feb. 10, also 7 to 8:30 p.m. Registration is required. For more information or to register, call 781-338-7561. The cost is $25 for one class or $40 for both. The price includes two seats in the class. Grandparents and other caregivers are welcome.
