For more than a decade, Hallmark Health Occupational Health Services has played a leading role in our business community's health care. Our program provides a wide range of diagnostic and screening services to ensure employees are healthy and able to meet "on the job" demands. The certified occupational health professionals conduct pre-employment screening, drug screening, audiometric testing, physical exams, pulmonary function tests, and respirator exams. We also specialize in OSHA, DOT, and DPA regulation compliance.

Physical Exams

We share your concerns for immediate access to low-cost, high-quality service where your job requirements are understood. Hallmark Health provides a thorough basic physical examination that ensures that a prospective employee is fit for your job requirements. It includes:

  • complete medical and occupational history
  • full systems review
  • visual acuity testing
  • audiometric testing
  • pulmonary function testing
  • dipstick urinalysis
  • tuberculosis screening
  • wellness programs as requested
  • lab studies as needed
  • additional testing may be customized for your business needs and regulations
  • DPA, DOT, lead, asbestos, and hazardous material medical surveillance examinations are also available

Office Hours

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:00pm. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 781-306-6726. Free parking is available on site and our facility is also available by public transportation


The fees for our services are among the most reasonable in the area. Clients may pay at time of service or, if approved, be billed at the end of the month. Note, we do not accept insurance or credit cards for Occupational Health Services.
